WOYWW and a busy week.

I've had a really busy week, full of all sorts of crafting.
I finished the skirt I had cut out, and it fits. I decided against the blue cotton trim, but I quite like it as it is.

I received another journal to complete a page in. The background was done by M for J. So this is how the background looked when it arrived.
The theme this time was Beach, so I decided I wanted to have a mermaid on my page.
I used one of my new Santoro stamps.
I actually really like this page. I have done the same page in my own journal but it is currently drying so pics next time!
Also decided to make abit of a start on some Christmas gifts ... The start of bunting? May need a little work!

  1. It's either bunting or a very fetching bikini!! 😃😃 I love your skirt, I really must pull my finger out and make some clothing one of these days. Your pages are beautiful, I really love your mermaid!
I hope this comment takes ok...quite often when I comment, I get an email saying the message could not be sent. And as you are a non reply blogger, I can't email a comment. So I'm keeping fingers crossed as I really like your blog 😊💖

  3. Well done on the journal page, Lea. Great fun! I'd never have thought of Christmas crochet bunting... it's going to take a fair number of triangles.
    Take care. God bless.

  4. Love those Sontoro stamps - so whimsical! Great page resulted from the stamping, I did like the background you were presented with.
Also like the skirt, I think I said I would leave the band off and it looks classy without it. As for Chloe being lucky having me teach her to draw faces, I am only learning myself. Somehow cannot develop a style I would call my own. Still, it does keep her quiet.

  8. Happy Belated WOYWW. Fab journal page. I just want to get in my craft room this morning and finish off a project - but being good and getting some blog comments, plus the usual animal care, done first. Ali x #37

As with Jan, I often have problems leaving comments on your blog and I've been notified by email that a couple couldn't be 'delivered' so I hope you get this ok.
